If you are experiencing a problem with the site (a bug or an error), please fill out a support ticket. In order for us to solve the problem quickly, include as much of the following information as possible:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Approximate date and time
- Your email address associated with the account
- Classroom name
- Lesson name
- Any student usernames/email addresses that experienced the issue
- Device used (ex: Chromebook, iPhone 7, MacBook Pro, etc.)
- Browser used (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
- If possible: Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue
