How do I assign a teacher to a subscription seat?

Within your District Admin account you can request a new quote and manage existing subscriptions. You can invite teachers to claim subscriptions, as well as revoke and reassign subscriptions.

1. Visit https://app.garbanzo.io/districts/signin to log into your District Admin Account to invite a teacher to claim a subscription:

2. If you have previously requested a quote, your dashboard will look similar to this:

3. When your quote has been approved, and your PO is ready, email your PO to hola@garbanzo.io. You will receive an email notification with these instructions as well:

4. After the Garbanzo team has uploaded the PO to your account, you will have access to manage your subscriptions within your District Admin account. Click on "Details" under your original quote, and the expanded view will show your options for assigning out the subscriptions. Click "Assign" to begin inviting your teachers:

5. When you click "Assign" the following email address field will open up. Type in the teacher's email address. This will send them an email notification to claim the subscription and send instructions to them to get started. Continue to invite the rest of your teachers until all subscriptions have been sent out.
